2nd project meeting in Frankfurt!

During this second project meeting held in Frankfurt on March 7th and 8th 2019, the consortium partners talked about the case studies production, the content of the training programme modules, the dissemination, as well as organizational matters.
One of the central questions LEAN partners discussed was the selection of the case studies. 15 case studies will provide good-practice examples regarding sustainable and innovative agronomic practices, innovative business models or farm management.
Partners also shared their findings regarding the need analysis. The interrogated farmers stated that, as new entrant, they would have needed training on agronomic knowledge as well as entrepreneurial skills. The participants also pointed out that the modules shouldn’t be too theoretical but focus on concrete knowledge, skills and tools.
Finally, the LEAN project website has been officially launched, discover it here: http://leanproject.eu !
